Crystal Lake boat launch

This picture was taken on the pier alongside the launch platform. It was somewhat unsteady to stand on and I was afraid the camera might fall into the river, so I'm very close in the picture. All the trees on the opposite bank were knocked down in this years' high water season.

The view from the path behind my apartment. I live on the 2nd floor so I can see over all the blackberry bushes but it's a nice little green area where I don't have to see other apartments. Just the occasional jogger/dog walker.
